  • I believe that our culture has become too focused on aspiring towards the collection of "pricey" things at the expense of making "classy" choices, and that the enjoyment of less pricey alternatives is desperately underestimated!
  • I love classy bargains - I am a mom and wife who has tried to create a Classy Not Pricey life for my family, making me an avid seeker of great quality products at "truly worthwhile" discounts.  
  • I have lived in New York City, Washington D.C., Nashville, TN, Boulder, CO and now Austin, TX, giving me a wealth of perspective about different ways to create a uniquely Classy Not Pricey lifestyle.
  • I love being financially savvy - I have professional experience in the financial services industry, am an active investor, I live below my means, and I strive to help others reach their own financial goals regardless of their income.

Let me preface this post by saying that I've never been what you would call a "feminist". For a long time it was even a stretch to call me "girlie". I was the only girl born to either side of my family among all my cousins. I hated dolls. My best friends in high school were guys.
